まるで絵画のよう…美しすぎる「水彩ケーキ」とは？

こんにちは。
三度の飯よりお菓子が好きな、DJ無音とMC無言です。

結婚式の披露宴では、クリームやフルーツなどで華々しくデコレーションしたケーキも豪華で映えるものですが、海外ではケーキをキャンバスに見立て、淡く溶いた食紅を水彩画のように塗る「ウォーターカラーケーキ」が話題沸騰中です。

パステルカラーの色使いがキュートなこちらのケーキ、DIYサイトの「SUGAR ＆ CLOTH」によると、

1.スポンジケーキに白いアイシングを塗る
2.クリアウォッカやリカーなど、クリアな風味のアルコールベースで食紅を溶く
3.筆を使って水彩画を描くようにアイシングに着色する

といった手順で作られている模様。そこで、Twitterに投稿されていた水彩ケーキの画像を集めてみました。
